Mother Theresa, the Pope,
Buddha, Shaolin monks;
all sincerely, devoutly,
believing people;
people who inspire
with the strength
of their convictions,
the force they place
into their beliefs,
the impact it has on their lives,
and the world around them;
and I am inspired by
the knowledge that
even they had to smell
their own pungent shit.
:)
nothing and I mean NOTHING starts a Wed of writing like reading a new Beavis poem!

I'm spent my life wading through the ruse of other people's lives. Gives you...perspective;-)
The animal instinct in us
The animal instinct in us all. Like how little boys in the 5-12 year old bracket think the smell of their farts is so cool and macho. I liked this. Have to tell you though, I'm a nurse, and throughout my life have "seen a lot of shit", but I did once care for a couple astute families who have relatives whose shit did not stink...and it was both unusual and at the same time gave us all an awareness of that saying... so I wonder.. lmao.
....I wish we didn't dislike so much...those things ...those human frailty things. They have purpose.
...and he asked her, "do you write poetry? Because I feel as if I am the ink that flows from your quill."
"No", she replied, "but I have experienced it. "
:-)
I love you thrice! Once for your soul & it's light, once for your profession and all we share, and once for the glow that is uniquely yours! ;-) "those human frailty things" are the links that tie us all, noble & ignoble, fallen and saintly, with the same origin & fate.
