I’m going to fire my heart today.

The decisions she’s made in the last few

months have been unproductive and

disruptive to the rest of my soul.

She’s unorganized and can’t seem to

stay focused on the tasks at hand.

Her judgment has become clouded,

causing numerous mistakes.

I’m going to promote my brain today,

she seems like an excellent candidate

for the running of my life.

Her listening skills are first rate

and her attention to details

far succeed that of her predecessor.

I will miss my heart dearly, but

sometimes you have to with The Gut;

but she’s a whole another story.
