I love poems that have something to say and aren't afraid to distill everything down into a potent shot. This poem has me captivated, although I haven't come to grips with it yet. Perhaps I'm not an enabler, but the power of your poem continues to draw me back again and again, and that is the mark of a good poem! Well done!
