wave collapsing

thirty eight circles around the real son,
still thirsting for answers though learning i've done,
hanging from strings while collapsing the wave,
burning like atoms that split just for fun.

functions of time, we all slowly decay,
living forever in relative ways,
dying to know why we know we will die,
born of the stars and their nebulous haze.

gravity grifting what matters the most,
elegant dances with hydrogen hosts,
metronome clicking, symmetrical spheres,
timeless eternity teaming with ghosts.
