but yet still far

have we moved on?

or are we still where we are?

have you confessed, or admitted anything?

I haven't a clue...(and neither have my heartstrings!)

still... the words were so perfect

exactly like I thought they'd be

so, what was I expecting,

"Will you go out with me" ?

No... I guess I wasn't

Nevertheless, it's still the same
