A Love That May Be Leaving
Now that I have found you, my perfect match,
my other half, you may be leaving me soon.
I want to keep you every second of my life
but I can't.
Why must you leave me now?
Will you come back to me safe and sound?
Will you still love me when you come
back to me?
I know you love me now but you never know
what will happen.
My love for you will never stop because you
are my soul, my everything.
Don't tell me something that may not be true
becasue my heart will not be able to take it.
But now that I have found you, I might lose you.
Maybe I am wrong, but this sounds like you are talking about a certain person leaving to go overseas. Or it fits the bill now. I am glad you kept writing nice poem.
