I miss you

Even though I never really had you

I wonder what you’d feel like if we touched

Would one touch be enough

Watching you go will be rough

But I will smile through the tears

I’ll know that one day you’ll come back here

Until that day I’ll hope and pray

To see that smile on your face

And as time ages you

I’ll still see the beauty in your hands your love in everything you do

I wish you could stay

But I know I have to let go away

When you come home

I’ll be waiting for you to hold

I will be by your side

And when I see the light

I will tell you my love you’ll have nothing to fear

I will be waiting for you right here
