أني خشيتك في فمي
وهمست في قلبك وبه من تبسم
واني ل اعلم من عينك مرصدي
في كل بحر دافق موجاته متكتم
عين بذات القبر لسعه عقرب
منها الغريب بدائه بتهجم
ولقسوتها تزيد في احشائه عود
ان جاء بطنى دائها لا يرحم
في كل شبر
آذانها صم عجاف
الصمت قشر حابا كان اعتم
لو كنت ذا فراس
يطال به العدى
لما كتمت الصدق وكنت معلم
لتحيط بي اسلاكه إن وجهت
ففي ارضي حكم
و السماء الحاكم
إن قيس بالخير النفوس
فخير الانام سيدا ومحمد
صلى الإله عليه واله
يا خير من صلى عليه الامجد
بلغ الدجى بجماله
حسنت جميع صفاته
صلوا عليه واله
اني اتيتك يا بحر اقرائك السلام
في ليلة البدر تنصب عرش العلا و المقام

knew from the frist time i saw it...that it were
a most beautiful and compelling piece as your
native writing is. and the effort and energy
would be worth the time to comprehend each word
and seek it's understanding I were not disappoint
nor did i ever believe i would be. you are a most
effected writer and your poem was haunting...
the emotional energy of it rushed in on you
and swept you away with the tides of its words
depths and meanings. I felt your urgency and
my heart pray with you as my eyes filled with
tears
