Here, there is all you need to know
Italia, Italia
A place of food
A place of love
A place that will leave you in awe
Here you find food of all sorts
Pasta, fettuccine, seafood or lasagna.
You will always find someone at sea
Hoping at dinner, he will get the glory
Walks are filled with beauty of ages
Try, if a tourist, not to lose all your wages
Italia
The country filled beauty to adore
A country taken for granted
But just for this reason
I will remember it more

Very Nice. This is more informative than the history lessons (about Italy) I had from school. Like the last two lines and the one that said "losing all your wages".

Very strong ending, you really show Italy to be sentimental with these last lines. I liked the part on tourists losing their wages... haha.

Really liked that its talking about your roots. I've never thought of that. I like the way it was written a lot, and that you mentioned food made it that much better. Except now I'm hungry for some Italia. Great stuff

Oh my goodness. I love your poem. It is deep and passionate and filled with love for your home, Italy. I myself would love to learn to actually speak Italian one day. And it is my dream to visit Italy one day. This poem has only made me want to visit even more. :) I hope someday these dreams will happen. Great job and don't stop doing what you love to do. Whatever it may be.

Grazie! Si tratta di una grande avventura per visitare Italia e, ancora più a vivere qui. Io sono nato qui, ma i miei genitori si trasferirono in Francia quando ero bambino. Quando ero giovane i miei genitori tornato a Italia e spero di non dover passare da qui. Sebbene io voglio visitare l'America. la lingua italiana è in realtà più facile da imparare da quella inglese. Meno regole. Se leggete i miei sentimenti poesia di Honest Baker si può vedere che cosa è che amo fare.

Spome say we are country but I say we are in the between of each ....I wish i could live on the country side in a nice small home .... with land to walk and rome around on .... Louisiana Is my home but I would love to move their are things to do but I have done it all I am just ready for a change of scenary to live in the mountains for sure ....
