Embrace this sacred blossoming moment
Savor and digest it as a treasure
Remember it with joy when your life's spent
Don't ask youself what it all meant
As long as you did all in full measure
Embrace this sacred blossoming moment
With a free soul remaining innocent
All your trials will be spent in liesure
Remember it with joy when your life's spent
Being, necessary and sufficient
A positive entity full of pleasure
Embrace this sacred blossoming moment
Dance through your troubles with easy movement
Untouched, you rise above the pressure
Remember it with joy when your life's spent.
Balance out your cries and smiles to the cent
Right now is another entry in that ledger
Embrace this sacred blossoming moment
Remember it with joy when your life's spent.
I used to feel this way about things...this poem brings back a vague nostalgia. I like it though..and I like the flow.
Hey,
I have to say that even though this is a bit 'sappy' for my tastes, I enjoyed this because it is so true. If only more people would remember something so simple. That's the great thing about poetry, it serves as a great reminder.
Oh, and shouldn't there be a comma between sacred and blossoming? Sorry...just nitpicking ;)
