in a flash

my life came down

with a crash

I tumbled I fell

now in pains spell

I hold on tight

with all my might

the pain breaks through

memories too

so flash backs spill

onto my pain fresh still

fresh and new I feel run through

so until this pain is done

your light will be the only one
