And the pretty girl in the ugly world
Sees only pretty things because the ugly people don't
Dare display a sad face as an offering.
So the pretty girl who's seen only the prettiest things
Or attempts at being
Keeps walking on with her head held up
A sad sights not a real thing
Because the pretty girls parents didn't explain
Any sort of ugliness the world might display
And the pretty girl in the sick, sad world
Breathes deep and proud with disregard for the tainted air
Where the disease
That infects the minds of the ugly spreads itself sporadically
The pretty girls learned from birth to turn a blind eye
Away from the needy, the poor, the dirty, the decaying;
To appreciate the pretty things, the flowers the trees,
The birds and the bees
She plans to raise a family
Happily
And the pretty girl in the dying world
Can't register a cry for help as needing to be attended to
She walks away
From all the sadness, all the pain, all the ugly
Into the arms of someone who loves her for how pretty she is

I like the message

and I like the tone. It doesn't feel condemning. I think that the poem might flow a bit better if the lines where a bit shorter. You use long complicated words some places; disregard, sporadically. Maybe try to simplify?

I'm always lying, in fact, I'm lying to you right now.
