I saw a man being mugged

I turned around and walked away



I was watching television last night

I saw people shooting, killing, and dying.

I changed the channel



I was babysitting my cousins last week

They beat each other

I fed them ice cream



I saw an article in the paper last month

“Terrorism Strikes! 98 Killed.”

I flipped to the entertainment section



I went out of state last year

I saw a man gunned down in the street

I thought nothing of it
