So here is another poem written by a lonely teen
One who is lost in the large world with no clean escape
Who is constantly fighting against a tide of anxiety
Just trying to keep her head above water
Taking in swallows of stress at a time
And having it's salty taste dry up her tongue
One who isn't fit for any type of relationship
And has a dire need for isolation and introvert thinking
If True
then this is me as a teen. we all go through it - it is the hormonal rush, Charlie Brown! At 62 going on 104 years of age, I offer this advice. lonliness has a bad rep, somtimes it is necessary. Relationships - after exhaustive investigation and research, walk up to him and say, "Hi. Do you have a girlfriend? I ask because I need a coffee and you look like you could use one too." How he responds will tell you everything you need to know about him. Tacky, I know, but otherewise the good one might get away. "I was just jokin'" and awalking away smile gets you out of it. You also have to ask him to the prom or sit home - Lady A~~~
