As it surely will. Makes one think though, with the source of the Nile being deep in the south of Africa, how come no equitable sharing and utilising of this life giving resource has been organised throughout the centuries that civilisation has been around.
The Pharoahs had Nile and Euphrates open for a few years. These are water rights challenges - Diverting water is about to be a thing. I live on The Great Lakes. Fresh water dwindles. The Colorado River that supplies the western usa, our Nile, is about to turn into a puddle. Too much or too little, slippery little molecule.
