Misfortune of this nation 
We are ruled by non intellectuals-have no doubts-Indian in India and abroad
Our administrative officers-are intellectual dwarfs
Misfortune of this nation 
Our ministers and secretaries are bachelor’s degree holders
While, we
A majority of the middle and higher classes 
Of this emergent India are superspecialists, postgraduates and PhD holders
Misfortune of this nation 
We are ruled by intellectually, academically nobodies
They don’t know anything in depth
They have not published any academic paper-they have not showed their academic worth
Such are our rulers
Intellectual dwarfs-and academically inferiors-are ruling and setting our rules
Pity-my mother-such a valiant nation-ruled by intellectually inferiors
No wonder they have mismanaged this country for past 60 plus years
Misfortune of this nation 
Even though Ambedkar created an excellent constitution
He had doubts- that intellectually dwarf people may be positioned to implement his constitution
Awake India, Awake-
Shake off your misfortune???
Realize you are being ruled by intellectually incapacitated???
Realize your misfortune and pray god for better fortune-so that our constitution gives us better educated souls to govern us
Pray mother India, her holy flag and her holy patriot founders of the nation, the holy spirit of the nation?
That we Indians can turn more fortunate,in near future by maturation of this demoncracy into true democracy?
We are being forcibly ruled by nonintellectual’s- they maybe rich
But they are not intellectuals-they are intellectually effete-our misfortune
Yet we have to submit to them
Some of our rulers maybe lawyers but they trample the law
This is the nature of misgovernance- we see that the majority of our politician’s maybe lawyers
But do they respect law…of the land?
Mr Laloo Yadav- has more children than constitutionally mandated-yet he can rule this nation
But a Government servant cannot have more than 2 children
Every case-fits this bill
Take the case of the Chief Secretary of the various departments in your state-
They definitely are nonintellectual’s- they never did any PhD
In their whole lifetimes
Never will they be able to do 
They cannot do?
They are intellectually incapable, incapacitated, dumb and degenerate?
Such politicians, such administrative officers, such presiding officers are ruling over the Indian administration
Pity this misgovernance?
They are intellectually dwarf- they try to stand on the shoulder of Giants-
Misfortune of this nation-This nation is full of members of parliaments who are intellectually dwarf
This nation is full of Indian administrative service officers who were just bachelor’s degree holders
This nation is full of state level administrative officers who don’t know basics of science-
Yet they become the secretary for medical education
They don’t know what is organic chemistry and inorganic
They will become secretary for fertilizers
Misfortune of this nation
What else?
