One day I was very ill ------------
And I was thinking of many things in my life
Good and bad memories of my life come to my mind
And I realised how many thoughts goes through my mind
I thought is it necessary thoughts?
I realised most of them are wasteful thoughts
Most of them were negative thoughts and I felt sad.
Instead of sitting & worrying about it
I could do some thing worthwhile
Who is to blame for making me sad?
No one else other than me to blame
I learned to take responsibility. Since then
I have decided to create positive thoughts and
No chance for negative thoughts in my life.
