Four summers ago we met,
Playing on the same team,
You are the only good thing,
That came out of that season.
Even though we don't see each other much,
We talk almost every day,
Sharing laughs and tears,
And always supporting each other.
When I told you my uncle was sick,
You changed your MSN name for me,
I was greatly touched,
By this wonderful act of kindness.
Last year I admitted my feelings for you,
And even though you didn't feel the same,
You promised you would be there,
And always be my friend.
When I am down and feeling blue,
You always find a way to cheer me up.
Thank you for everything you have done,
And for just being you.
Wow...so I can't believe it's been 4 years now...it feels like a lot less truly. I still remember the first day we met, I still remember the game where I defended you against the Clarington team, I still remember the days when I used to tell the guys to shut the hell up about you. I love being here for you Lisa, it's ni my nature and I can only expect the same back, nothing more, nothing less. You've been an awesome friend to me aswell so don't go around saying how wonderful I am unless you say the same about urself. You're are a special breed though lisa, you're one that makes everyone around you feel like they are wanted and respected by SOMEONE. I thank you for all the support you have given me and I can only return it 10 fold. Thank you again.
