Fated reunion, of long lost souls
Its like I've known you from decades gone by
It feels like we started a conversation
We stopped many moons ago
Like nothing was out place
This feeling of joy, watch this space
How have I only met someone
Like you now, How can I describe this feeling
Words can not compare
They fall short of anything I dare
Use
You've shown what I thought
was lost to someone like me,
happiness I thought Was just out of reach
This fated reunion,
of souls was written in the stars
not a fan of the poem as a
not a fan of the poem as a whole, the flow throws me off, maybe its just needing editing for missing words and such
but this part I loved and related to and the regreted relating and wished I could still relate etc etc
Its like I've known you from decades gone by
It feels like we started a conversation
We stopped many moons ago
Like nothing was out place
Much Love

Thanks for the critique..
Thanks for the critique.. I've noticed with most of what I write that it doesn't ryhme
And that's ok, I know I need I wouldn't say a lot of work but just molding my writes
A bit more, I find that's what makes poetry such a wonderful and self satisfying way
To express me. If that makes any sense
:)
I don't think poetry has to ryhme, in fact I tend to prefer it when it doesn't. I would agree the point is self express, and the best poetry expresses a feeling in such a way that you 1. cannot help but feel it and 2. don't even notice you are reading per-say
for me anyuways, I am also a huge believer in to each their own :)
Much Love

It weird how someone's
It's weird how someone's feelings can in many ways reflect your own
In that particular moment, that's why it's always been my emotional
Outlet, and that's why I thank the stars no two people are the same.8)
:)
indeed diversity is a beautiful thing
