Oh it feels so good when you look at me
Can't remember the last time you were here
I'm not surprised how much a hug can change me
Dreams of total uncertainty
Don't think I lie around and think of you
Few moments during months
something happens
I wonder where you are then
Sometimes I laugh and say
how in the world can this work?
Sometimes I cry and say
knock it off Melissa.
My heart is playing a tug of war
with its own heart strings
No it wouldn't work
Yes it's nice to think of him
And I smile
I like where we're at.
