I was a prisoner

of my own false hope

Smudged by your own

infidelity

I'll never know

how life could really be

if you hadn't of kept it in

I'm the stupid naive little girl

you brought to this world

Never should of blamed

all the snakes around you

It was you who fell for it all

Crazy in happiness was easy

To let go was so bad

I used to hear voices say,

"Love will set you free"

That cannot be true.

Your love has kept be caged.
