For some time it was stifled
I was so insecure
When you withheld the love
You'd shown me before

My heart was pained
The passion ran dry
Like a rose in drought I wilted
As I died a little inside

But when you poured out love
You made me laugh with glee
Joy bubbled in my spirit
From care shown to me

Make my eyes shine baby
My heart skips a beat
When you words melt me
When your love is sweet

I wanna dance in the rain
Spin round in sunshine
When you give me goosebumps
Send shivers up my spine

It keeps me going on
And shortens the miles
When you make me giggle
With a love gone wild
