and it wasn't so hard, just to figure you out...

I woke up this morning after a dream re-living that fateful night, & this poem began pouring out of me...after it was written, there was a deep awareness of a peace about that horrible holiday that I'd never had before...
...seeing it through God's eyes, & through the eyes of the child I used to be set me free of more of the lingering pain, & how my life was changed forever...healing is such an erratic process. If only it could be like flicking on a light! Please, complete the healing You've begun to do in me, Father!

Sometimes, when I watch shows where the vulnerability of children is revealed,
& feel afresh their wounds exposed that still remain unhealed, it's all I can do to pray for those that I know are, right now, going through what I & my sisters survived, as God restores my life~

I wish there was a way to come tell you these things face to face...instead, I write, I pray, I ask Him to give you true repentance, & to extend His grace~

This is written for you, Sam~
~I'm praying you will tell the truth, before it's too late, & you will have to face the truth when you see Him face to face~
~While you are here, there is a chance for grace...when your time here is done, judgement comes...you will answer to Him, either way...I pray your sins will be washed away, & you will bear true fruits of repentance~

There's nothing like breaking the fucked up barriers- reach out to the wierdo. They're way more interesting.
