Dare the darkness
With pale hands
That stretch against
The dark clouds about the moon
The wind crashes
Over my face
Like salty sea
And weathered river rocks
That pound about the ears
And clack clack clack against the brain
Dare the darkness
Free of it's chains
And the wind, it drives
And the clouds hear it's voice
As loving shepard
And soon all around
The darkness
Crumbles
Into my pale hands
That stretch against
The light
