When I tell You "I love you"

When I tell you “I love you”, what I mean is

”I'm happy that you are here with me.”

When I tell you “I love you”, what I mean is,

“I am always thinking of you.”

When I tell you “I love you”, what I'm trying to say is,

“I am tired and sad of longing for you. ”

And there are times when I tell you "I love you", what I wanted to say is

"I'm scared, and this will be the end."

My heart aches, my mind runs out of reason and my grip starts to loosen,

because when I say “I love you”,  what I am saying is

I am ready to work and wear myself out for this.

I am trying, and always will, I will wait,

because my “I love you” doesn’t end with “I just love you”;

my “I love you” carries me and helps me see that this is not always going to be easy — and I am embracing it.

When I say “I love you”, I am saying that the world is full of chaos,

but I will be there at your side.

Feel me.

Let me collide with your grace, let me pass this treacherous path—

Let us glide with the flow but never forget about the friction.

You, my unexpected companion,

You, my light over darkness,

You, my dangerous daydream but still my wonderwall;

You are my weakness  yet my very comfort.

When I say “I love you”, I am saying I remember you in everything

because my Love, no matter how long the day may be,

You will always be a home to me.

Author's Notes/Comments:

I wrote this and put it in a Valentine Card. The very first Valentine Card I gave for someone. Maybe, he is something.
