i started the summer

with a budding romance

but when i went away

i knew i had no chance

i giv it up

met sum 1 new

became so close

and on me they grew

i shared my secrets

him i missed

for a brief moment

we smiled and kissed

i knew it was wrong

but it felt so right

sat and watched the sunset

til came the night

my heart wont be still

i cant stop the grin

for my pulse starts to race

when i think of him

i dnt judge books by their cover

i look for things within

and i'l remeber that time

from where it had begin
