When you feel so strong for someone,

there's nothing that will ever change it.

People tell you to get over it,

but you can't because you put them on a pedestal.

You treated them the best you could,

but they never cared or gave you a chance.

Some times you wish you would have never liked them,

not even gave them a second glance.



The reality would be to give up,

but you just can't seem to do that.

All you do is think about this person,

how they talk, smile, or even laugh.

When they're not around,

your life seems to have no meaning.



Everything you see or hear reminds you of them.

And still, they do not notice how much they complete your life.

Then you start to give it all up,

and take real good use of that knife.
