This is a story of pain and lost hope
Of a young little girl who forgot how to cope
Her life was calm and still was on track
Until she got lost and couldn’t find her way back
Her days dragged on and nights never came
She wondered if her life could ever be the same
Her life had turned so drastically around
Would the poor little girl inside be found?
Her strength had been lost and buried down deep
With all her hope and dreams she forgot to keep
Lost underneath the piles of unwanted mess
Could see ever learn to open and confess?
The girl refused to give up and continued alone
Her days of happiness and joy were long gone
Each day was filled with confusion and pain
The same feels came again and again
Until one day, a light broke through
Suddenly she knew just what to do
She had to fight the battle day by day
Until the pain and darkness fade away.
