Fascination Forever and always is a lie.
Nothing last for long.
Even permanent tattoos begin to fade.
Only thing I know is love.
Forever and always, the recent fad.
I will watch it fade,
like a quarter machine tattoo.
Hahahaha!
I love you FOREVER and EVER.
Even the plastic rose begins to fade.
What is permanent any more?
Only first love in the first moments,
then memories fade as the lovers age apart.
Fade, fading, and faded is forever and always.
Even photographes of our lovers fade,
like hasty memories.
So quick to become foggy dreams.
There are seldom times where the love out lives the lovers.
What they leave behind is stories, poems and etc of their love.
So maybe there is forever and always once in an eternity.

I wrote this because I have seen few young couples saying or posting Forever, Always, etc. I got to thinking, there are few times love actually lasts longer than the lovers. I seen Bright Star. A movie about the poet John Keats who passes away young leaving behind a lady who continued to live on. Yet, loving him through out the rest of her life. That kind of love to me, is rare and most modern love is like a drive thru. Again, thank you.
