All my life ive searched for
that one thing everlasting.
I searched the land,oceans
sky and space,everywhere.
I found fleeting glimpses but
they were always neverlasting.
Then it finally appeared to me
in the glory of somewhere.
For when I looked in your eyes
I saw that it was never passing.
It had always been in your arms,
the love I craved was right there.
