Windswept Kiss

Her gaze connected with his

Before she could so much as move

He was upon her

Grasping her by the back of her neck

Drawing her roughly towards him

Devouring her with a kiss

That lasted an eternity.

Frozen in time,

His lips claimed hers

In a kiss of possession.

Longing coursed through her blood,

A hunger she had never known.

She succumbed to desire,

Let him control her being.

All the while,

Craving more.

He deepened the kiss

Tasting the desire on her tongue

The yearning surging through her.

Savoring every part of her

Knowing he would never have her again.

Author's Notes/Comments:

Inspired by the passionate kiss of Sawyer and Kate from the TV show LOST.
