Inspiring me to reach my dreams,

I can’t turn back now.  

Even with you gone

your strength is pulling me through

and keeping me going.  

Although I struggled for a while after you left me

I knew what had to be done.  

I couldn’t give up, that would have been wrong.  

Now I will reach for my dreams

since you never even had that chance,

I will succeed for both of us.  

I will last.
