Parted
It worked for a while and then we were through.
It did not last very long,
but I was always true to you.
We had a good relationship,
I could not hope for something better.
It just did not turn into anything more than that.
Because of that if we had stayed together it would not have ended up being true.
I am glad we parted but still sad in a way.
I miss having someone close to me,
the way you feel in my arms.
I liked the poem it was deep and touching that's kinda how I felt about my ex in a way don't change it I think its great :)
