Undying Love
Do you know how much I love you,
I say it everyday.
You really seem so happy
When we lay on the floor and play.
You never seem to know,
if you want in or out.
If I guess the wrong way,
I'd swear you sit and pout.
You get over protective
of me when we are alone
I think you would die for me
protecting your happy home.
You take up all the bed
and hog the covers too.
And once you go to sleep,
there ain't no moving you.
You are part of this family,
that you knew from the start.
Because from the begining
you stole my lonely heart.
Some people say I'm crazy
to treat you like I do.
You eat better and have more toys
than most other kids do.
I am talking about my dog,
Sidekick is his name.
When it comes to being good and minding
He will put your kids to shame.........
