A love so true it cannot be dissected
One part apart from the other knows no definition
So completely bound in spirit and soul
Body and bone must follow
A kind of light that illuminates beyond the edge of reason
One which turns human understanding into the weakest of wisdoms
Is a grace and mercy so utterly pure
Knowledge remains void of knowing
Loose this shadow with Your Light
Impart but a glimpse into the eyes of my heart
And, call forth my soul by the boldness of Your Word
Ransom my wretchedness with the lashing of Your skin
Pour forth Your Blood atop my original and willing sin
With water and Word on my forehead
And, with the strength of Your Body as my own
In love so true, You have subjected
Yourself three days apart from the Source
Utterly divorced
All that I, by Your rising, might seek and knock and walk through an open door
