I wonder why am I always here

Standing beside the silhouette you left behind

Maybe it’s your scent lingering in my mind

That plays the game with my fragile heart

But don’t you know I’ll never quit trying

Until I either win you back or break



I wanted you to know

That you’re the one I can’t forget

That no matter how hard the road may get

You will be the memory that pushes me on

And pulls me through should I forget who I am



Starring out of the taxi onto the streets

I wonder what it would be like to be the rain

And wash away every inch of your every pain

Would you capture me before I fall down

And let me soak into heart again

Please don’t release me



I needed you to know
