When all I was needing was You

Oh Father please forgive me for not opening my eyes
Please forgive me for not giving You my life until now
I’ve been desperate, angry, and broken
And I haven’t spoken this to anyone but You
I know that You love me
And I know that You don’t need me
But I couldn’t make or want to live life without You
And until You came into my life I was failing myself and You
