Where The Light Enters

To God A brighter Light is washing over my feet
And cleansing my flesh to bone and I atone
For every sin I've ever commited now I'm dependent
On my Faith to pull me through to where the Light enters
This is my one last chance to make amends
With the Father who gave me breath and I regret
Every night I've spent in apathy but now I feel happy
That my Faith is pulling me to a place where I feel alive
It's a new day for reconstructing bridges
That once crossed the naked waters connecting Brothers
Who's blood once ran truer than stone but ended with one alone
And the struggles of the lesser were more than he could bear
And as the path grew narrow and dim
The lesser fell to the ground with no one around
And in his eyes tears grew large and thoughts ran far
But in his heart he felt a Breath fill his body once again
On his knees he gave in to the Truth
And asked for a new life and beginning from sinning
And on his feet he turned around and saw a light shining down
As the a Man drew near he knew this was his second life to live
A blinding Light washed over my feet
And cleansed my flesh to bone when I atoned
For every sin I ever committed and now I'm dependent
On my Faith to help others pull through to where the Light enters
