My Thoughts She's always been a little quite at times
Holding herself down too afraid to fly
She wishes she could leave this place
Prays about it everynight with hands at her face
She say's,'If I could only find a way to escape'
Things would get better and I'd fly from this place
No one ever took the time
To be her friend or ask her how she felt
It hurts deep inside but she'll never let it out

And it's filled her up with doubt
The longer she's here the more her heart falls
She finds herself crouched in the corner of walls
As the days pass by and they turn into years
She's bottled with pain but she doesn't shed a tear
Sitting on her own alone is a feeling she knows too well
She's thinks to herself,'Someday I'll spread my wings and fly from this hell'
No one ever took the time
To be her friend of ask her how she felt
It hurts deep inside but she'll never let it out

And one day as she goes about her normal routine
He walks in the room, she's the most beautiful person he's ever seen
At the sight of his approach she is a bit embarassed
He thinks to himself someday she'll fly with high spirit
When her eyes are down she hides from the world around
He says,'Is this place taken? Can I sit down?'
He says,
"I'm new here, we move a lot.
I lose all my friends and I need someone to just talk.
It hurts deep inside, will you be my friend and help me out?

She says,
"No ones ever taken the time
To be my friend and ask me how I felt
It hurts deep inside and I've never let it out
I'll take the time
If you take away my doubt"
As the years pass and the two become one
The no one that cared finally became someone
And as the night brings a close to thier date
They hold each others hands and give into fate
He drops to his kness and begins to quake
The words he'll say, her wings will make
He says,
"You are the only one who ever took the time
To be my friend and look into my eyes
And if I could I would tell the world, hell I'd shout
How you are the only one
Who has ever taken away my doubt."
She says,
"If your asking me to be your wife
I'd say yes, I've been waiting all my life
My love's deep inside and for you I'll let it out
You are the one I love
You taught me what life really is about."
