If I falter

Begin to fall

To those few hands

That will be my wall

I give to you my life

I give to you my soul

The love pours from my heart

My person, as a whole



And if you're reading this

You're probably one of them

You're a wonderful family

A hidden gem

Just knowing that you love me

The way you do untold

Brings tears to my eyes

And removes all the cold.



There's never enough words

To express the way I feel

Not enough proof

To show you help me heal

The few of you that love me

As much as you do

My very heart

Belongs to you.
