I asked
I asked you again to experience
your kiss.
I asked you again to experience
your loving embrace.
I asked you again to experience
the pleasure I get when I am with you.
I asked to experience these things
Just for one more time
I take everything else back
(If it makes anything better)
I only asked though to share
Just one more kiss with you.
I think back to our first kiss
And think of how I felt,
I felt complete like I could go on
Living forever. I felt no wrong,
no guilt, no resentment, only you and I
together, your lips on mine
Our bodies pressed together.
(That was the first time)
All I can think of right now
Is how much I have hurt you
How all I ever wanted
Was your lips on mine.
