The stars are in my loved ones eyes
From them run comets of tears
And when her pain does reach my soul
Our distance disquiets my fears
The sun is in my loved ones heart
And warmth it brings to my face
Although my life does circle her
We seem destined not to embrace
A nebula is my loved ones hair
Flowing smoothly and with grace
Beautiful and mesmerizing to me
But across such distant space
But my love take heart, my love take courage
The stars are in my loved ones eyes

But stars do cross, and so will ours
To begin the best of our years
