my whole life no one has ever asked me my opinion on anything and now twice in a fortnight I've been sought... 

so you want to know what I think about gun control... well since you asked nice - we simply cannot have part of the population pointing guns at the rest of us telling us we're not allowed to have guns... it will never work, it's either guns for all or none... if you don't want your neighbor to bear arms then you my friend must first lay down your arms...

and that folks is what's known as "EQUALITY"...

but ya'll just go ahead and keep trying to control those guns and the hands they fall into, I'll watch from here... no I do not own a gun... wait, I do have a staple gun around here somewhere... 2 of them actually...

no I don't have a solution but here's what I think needs to happen - a change in our collective consciousness that makes us abandon (once & for all) the proclivity for harboring thoughts of causing harm to others (and sometimes acting on them)...
