emotion is war
emotionally drained/ physically weak/ culturally retarded/ that's how it feels to be me/ tuned out of the world/ i don't know a thing/ the war that's going on/ doesn't bother me/ i guess, i'm not patriotic/ or i just think it's stupid/ the gas prices go up/ and i'm showin the finger/ the people are dying/ it's like the vietnam war/ yet, i stay away/ from subjects like that/ cuz i hate this world/ it's too messed up/ the wars/ the fights/ nothing's right/ yet, people just take it/ for vengeance/ for money/ for whatever it is/ irrational and angry/ emotions get the better.. / fear of being destroyed/ anger for the killings/ it's what motivates you/ and yet i don't care/ you look all around you/ did you find what you were looking for?
It wasn't easy to read because of the formatting and I very nearly skipped it, which would have been my loss because when I read it I thought it was a brilliant poem with an important message. Well done
i understand how u feel i have 2 bothers in the army and i think war is the stupidest thing..i hate seeing my brothers go...but i loved it
I really like it, I feel ur opinion well... Maybe better formatting would have really done the trick
