I hate it when you laugh at me and when you call me names

I hate it when you ask me why and when you play mind games

I hate it when I’m angry but you still invade my space

I hate it when you break my thoughts and make me loose my place

I hate it when I need to speak and let you know my mind

But you don’t shut up long enough and I’m just too damn kind



I hate the way you always need to look your very best

I hate the way you seem so happy when you’re so depressed

I hate the way you find the flaws in everything I do

I hate the way you take my thoughts and form them to fit you

I hate the way that you respond when you are criticized

I didn’t mean that it was bad and I apologized.



I hate those stupid stories of all the stupid boys

I hate those stupid tricks you use and all the stupid ploys

To try and make me smile or forget that I’m upset

I hate those stupid things you do that I know you’ll regret

I hate those stupid faces you make and the hugs you give

When you need me to do something that’s so imperative



I hate the way I punish you for the mistakes you make

I hate the way I give you things and you refuse to take

I hate the way I make you feel like your not good enough

I hate the way you always seem to call me on my bluff

I hate the way that I pretend and that I always stall

But most of all I hate the way I don’t hate you at all
