He Did Love Her Too

Folder:
Friendship

This is a story of two people in love. A man and a woman, in their prime, promised to hold and to love each other without conditions and questions. They had simple dreams, they were simple people, they can eat a hanging rice, in a store so quaint and old, it need not be classy so long as they were together.

They looked so happy and hopeful, you can easily guess. The woman had twinkles in her eyes and the man looked so proud and dignified. And one day he said, let's go into business, let us buy and sell some eggs. And the woman in her prime tried to see her self selling eggs in the market or in any  retail stores that would buy her eggs.

Day after day, she waited for the eggs, but nothing came, she counted all the profits that she would earn, but still no eggs, still hopeful and waiting, she did not mind, cuz she knew that one of those days the eggs will come.

And the day did come, but no, they were not eggs, instead, it was an envelope, with his handwriting so familiar to her.In it was a message telling her to forget him,as he just found out that he needed to think, and find himself.

She did not only cry, she drank, she looked at some knives, to pinch herself, and found out that it hurt to end her life, she went to the convent and thought of becoming a nun.But again she found out that it was a very solemn and very quite life...No, no, no, she was a woman full of life, she was funny, she was sweet, she was a good catch!Dying was not an option, becoming a nun was not her, and being a drunkard was not her cup of tea either.

So, she accepted her fate, moved on, and in a while, a man who was to become her husband, made her life complete. Two beautiful kids are now settled, with beautiful families of their own. Life goes on, and on...

One day she met him again, and asked, why did you dumped me? Was I too pretty or funny? Smart or too Sexy? She was happily married but still she wanted, the answer to her questions. And he answered... I did what I thought was the best for the two of us...

She never knew what it meant, she can asked again, but no, not anymore, cuz in her heart she knew, he did love her too, and a tear fell from her beautiful eyes.
