Heat, Heat, Go Away!

Temperature's rising, the heat is throbbing,

The sun is glaring, the rays are blurring,

Our heads are spinning, cool waters are inviting,

My plants are wilting, my concentration is numbing.

How lucky for him, who lives in the hills,

In my house that is tall, so full of memories,

But in it is my friend, with someone he cares,

And for this, I am happy, cuz he's paying me good money.

Heat, heat go away, come again another century,

Down below where I live and grow, we are burning,

We are seething, we are slowly nearly dying,

But not to worry, I see rains, I see hurricanes,

I see dark clouds and lot's of thunders,

Maybe down below we are all going crazy,

Can't think straight, can't stay still,

And my darkest fear, is that I am loving... the disasters!
