Here I go again

I fall in line

then it's my turn

I smile and say hello

then here we go

what is your full name

where are you staying

how long will you be here

what address are you going

will you be working

your education is impressive

why are you staying so long

the names of your relatives please

the address of your relatives please

how much money are you carrying

do you have food in your baggages

are you carrying a firearm

plants and flowers included

Oh! Lord, just let me pass thru

I've been interviewed one million times

and I always pass with flying colors

if you only know,how I long to come

back home

to tend to my business and my home

but again and again I thank you

you're heaven sent to my love ones

who has stayed there forever

and considered your country their heaven

so next year I'll fall in line again

and answer the questions

the people in immigrations are asking

with my smile and my hello

I think I'll get thru again,and it will

be my one million one times to pass
