A Mother

Folder:
Family

When was the last time I saw your worn and haggard face,

when was the last time when you cuddle me in your sweet

embrace, when did I hold your wrinkled hand, and wipe the tears from your eyes.

I got busy with life's tactics, went to places so far away,

met some bigwigs along the way, amass some fortune you can't

believe, had some pleasures this world displayed.

And now I'm old and weary too,and tasted life like no one else,

but how I long to come back to you, cuz in the end, nothing

can compare the loving comfort a mother gives.

I loved this and would really love to know I could go to my Mother's arms and be comforted. She is 82 and it is a long sad story that has been between the two of us.

I love your work. It seems our lives have run on a parallel. Thank you so much for your visit to me. I am glad that you seem to enjoy my rather unortydox way of presentation. LOL (Know I had to have spelled that wrong. LOL)I need to go back in and fix some that is already on site. Where I am bringing them from, some of the frames are quite large and I can't figure out why. When I get the time I will just go in and take them off and add plain and they will not have such busy around them. They are distracting even for me to try to read. Just finding the time. LOL

I hope your day is filled with many happy smiles.

Your friend,
Lesa

This is so true. That is where your heart is. That is
where we will always return to.
Nice poem,

Your Sister Aries,
Heather
