You were a fool to think that I loved you;

Now you know it was a lie.

So why can't you just face reality

And stop wanting to die.



You loved me and you thought that I felt the same,

When all the time I was just playing a game.

Can't you see you're just a young boy

And I just thought of you as another toy?



So, just burn all the letters I wrote to you,

'Cause none of them was telling the truth.

I had to do this to you before you did it to me,

So just remember this is the way it has to be.



I'm just a person who breaks a lot of hearts,

And yours was so easy from the very start.

So try to remember me for what you thought I was,

And not as I really am.

'Cause now you know I didn't really give a damn.
